Cabbage, Beet & Carrot Coleslaw

Prep time: 5 mins

Serves- 2-4

Ingredients:

1 medium sized beet (beetroot), peeled and grated

2 carrots, peeled and grated

1 cup shredded cabbage

2 tablespoon's raisins

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

2 teaspoons lime juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!
